How To Do Nothing Well: A Guide To Meditating Actively

This work first published in 2013 was the culmination of seven years of experience. A new revised edition is due to be released–however this is the seminal work that outlines the groundbreaking technique that combines the meditation methods of the East with some active measures that the Western world has historically lacked. Several methods of meditation are outlined which build upon one another–each becoming more advanced than the last. Many texts from India were used in developing this method. Highly involved was Yukteswar’s The Holy Science. A period of refinement was also undergone with many different people who meditated to help refine the methods used here.
