How to Do Nothing Well: A Guide to Meditating Actively was first released in 2013 and was the result of approximately 7 years worth of work. The guide contains a step-by-step process for a meditation that moves beyond a simple passive act.
Since first writing it, many things have come to light and a new system has presented itself. This, naturally, lends itself to a re-write of the work and a new edition. Though the techniques in the former volume are still valid, the new and advanced techniques will appeal to a select group. Both methods being represented will add to rather than detract from the outlined methods therein.
